We currently have a number of exciting opportunities for you to join us as a Financial Specialist. Working effectively with the branch team to build stronger and more profitable relationships with our customers.


You will be responsible for reviewing our customers' financial position and needs either face-to-face or over the phone, identifying sales opportunities and providing customers with ideas and options on financial products and services - helping our customers make the right decisions. To generate sales, you will need to maintain knowledge of the Post Offices range of personal products and services. You will manage your own diary, ensuring you maintain a full diary of appointments or contacts to make with customers.


You will naturally enjoy building relationships, listening and engaging with other people and possess a real passion to succeed, demonstrating flexibility, drive, motivation and resilience. You will have a creative and innovative approach that will help us deliver our vision for excellent customer service. Experience in the retail or financial products industry maybe beneficial but is not essential as extensive training will be provided.
