Robert Half are pleased to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity that has arisen for a highly efficient, competent and dependable General ledger Accountant in a finance team based in East Leeds for a not for profit Community Interest Company.
We are looking for an individual who is very motivated and works to high personal and professional standards, paying careful attention to detail.
Ideally you will be someone who likes to work in a fast paced environment and who can readily adapt to changing work priorities with the ability to multi-task, whilst at the same time remaining calm and professional.
You will be required to manage the day-to-day functions within the balance sheet, primarily dealing with Accounts Receivable and Payroll balance sheet accounts.
Performing a variety of functions to ensure sales orders are dealt with in a timely manner, and ensuring monthly invoicing is processed accurately and efficiently.
You must be able communicate confidently with outsourced credit control payroll and general ledger functions as well as Customers (NHS and non NHS), senior managers, budget holders and other staff, including HR and personnel functions
It is essential that applicants have previous experience of working in an accounting administrative role.
Experience within a project support role / environment would be advantageous.
