      So what do you need to join the winning team of one of the biggest names in Automotive Refinish? In short, the most important attribute will be the ability to represent both yourself and the brand in the best possible light. You will be the face of the business in the UK, the go to person for influential names in the refinish market and the driving force behind overall revenue growth with key distributors and buying groups in the UK.

      You will need to be familiar dealing with major distributors and buying groups across the UK at Head Office level. Adaptability will be key as you must adjust your sales approach and relationship building skills to suit all manner of individual right up to Director level.

      With a knack for spotting a sales opportunity you will be used to selling on quality and not price. The demand for this product is high therefore partnerships can only be formed with distributors who truly warrant access to it. It is your sole aim to develop fruitful and lasting business relationships with these select few and maximise revenue whilst ensuring the premium status of the brand remains.

      Experience required:
      * Worked for an automotive refinish manufacturer Essential.
      * Demonstrate working with refinish distributors and buying groups at head office level - Essential.
      * Full driving license - Essential.
      * Experience in a regional role with regular travel - Essential.
