Servicing Financial Advisers North London OTE £60,000 - £90,000

The Role:

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully FPC or CeFA or CF1-5 qualified financial adviser to join a very well known estate agency chain. Our client currently has 10 estate agency offices has been trading since the early 1990s and has been offering mortgage advice to its clients for nearly 20 years building up a substantial and loyal client database. Working from home or one of the offices you will be required to offer holistic financial planning to the companys existing client database as well as receiving new leads from the companys mortgage brokers. Working these new leads and contacting the existing client base, you will provide advice on protection, pensions, savings and investments. Our client currently has 18 financial advisers in this role and they are unable to deal with the amount of leads and enquiries been generated. These financial advisers are currently earning between £5,000 - £8,500 per month!!

The Company:

Our client has been established since the early 1990s and is now one of the most recognised brands in the North London, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Essex areas having 10 estate agency offices and separate letting offices in the area. The company offer the full estate agency as well as the full financial planning service including mortgages, protection, pensions, savings and investments, as well as legal service to incorporate conveyancing.

Experience/Qualifications:

Applications will only be considered from individuals who possess the full FPC (financial Planning Certificate) or equivalent and are experienced in offering holistic financial advice including protection, pensions, savings and investments. There is no need for the suitable applicants to bring their own business as there is enough leads and enquiries being generated from the company, however, any business you do self generate you will receive between 70 - 80% in commission.

Applications will be considered from experienced IFAs, Financial Advisers, Multi Tied advisers, bancassurance or other competent financial advisers, providing either the FPC, CeFA or CF qualifications have been attained.
