PART TIME ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
STOKE ON TRENT AREA
PERMANENT
20 – 25 HOURS PER WEEK
£19K PRO RATA
Working in a busy finance team, this role will involve supporting the department in all aspects of finance in addition to general accounts administration tasks.
The main duties are as follows:
- Validating and downloading of E-commerce data
- Posting of E-Commerce invoices and credits as well as Posting and allocating E-Commerce payments
- Sales Figures and Account reconciliation and variance reporting
- Monthly Intrastat and EC Sales Reporting
- Ensuring all Account details and information is accurate and up to date for the Finance Department
- Communicating with internal staff on all matters and to ensure timely resolution of queries
- Creating and providing financial reports as required
- Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships across all departments
- Filing of all invoices and related statements / documents
- Supporting the finance team with regards to Purchase Ledger and Credit Control duties and any general Financial Administration
The ideal must have the following skills/experience:
- Strong IT skills to include MS Excel
- Ability to reconcile accounts with
- Previous Financial administration and Sage Accounting experience
- Experience of large scale ecommerce internet sales would be preferred but is not essential
