      The Company
      My Client is well-established in the Signage industry, specialising in Fascias, Digital, Totem and Banner Signage within the Retail, Healthcare and Education sector.

      They are now looking for a new Production Manager to join their team!

      The Role
      The Production Manager will be accountable for the overall production process and have the following responsibilities;
      oProduce Production schedules and understand resources required to complete jobs
      oMonitor and adjust (if required) the production process
      oManage a team of 5 within the Production Department - this will increase as the team is rapidly growing
      oBe the main point of contact, effectively liaising between departments
      oMaintain a workflow system which improves the efficiency within the team
      oManage a team and review performance

      The Candidate
      The Production Manager will have the following;
      oMUST have Production Management experience within the Signage Industry - 5+ years
      oNegotiation skills to buy materials to keep within budget and time constraints
      oAbility to communicate effectively within different levels of peers - team, managers and clients
      oComputer literate to deal with various software programmes and technologies
      oExcellent planning and organisational skills
