      We are looking for a Programme Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering operational reporting and planning to the Transformation team and related programmes through the maintenance of project plans and an overarching programme plan. The Programme Coordinator will monitor progress and identify programme level interdependencies and risks. This role will provide the skills and expertise to support successful project delivery and planning.

      About the job:
      Develop and maintain project and programme level plans alongside colleagues, providing support and challenge to ensure an effective work programme is in place for project delivery
      Hold team members to account on time, cost, quality and benefits realisation
      Work collaboratively with project managers and objective leads and other stakeholders to facilitate the creation of and management of plans and associated project documentation
      Identify where dependencies exist and track / monitor these, highlighting risks and issues to the Head of Transformation
      Monitor progress and assist project managers in the preparation of the update documents and periodic progress reporting, ensuring consistent standards are maintained
      Manage stakeholder expectations and interests
      Communicate clearly through a range of channels, recognising and adapting to stakeholder preferences
      Manage your own continued professional development utilising available learning resources and opportunities and personal networks

      About you:
      Advanced IT skills - experience of Microsoft Project, Visio, databases, process mapping and Excel spreadsheets
      Experience of project and programme planning
      Ability to understand business systems and link this to process requirements
      A pro-active, participative and flexible approach to problem solving, taking the initiative by evaluating, making suggestions and generating new ideas to improve processes
      Good planning, organisation and prioritisation skills
      Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      Ability to build and sustain working relationships with key stakeholders
      Experience of full project lifecycle
      An understanding of the social housing sector
      Would make decisions regarding project and programme planning
      Would be required to recommend appropriate planning options and solutions for realistic project delivery
