You should ideally be educated to degree level, although this is by no means essential. With a minimum of 2 years experience in the production of web, online and games systems you will be at the very heart of development in C#/ ASP.NET, PHP 4/5 scripting and coding, SQL (MS or MY) and have a commercial understanding within web standards, compliancy, systems and solutions.

If you know what Unity is or how to develop games and interactive content for the iPhone, this would be a very distinct advantage to your application. Other skills that would be nice to have in your portfolio include Java, Adobe suite products, Silverlight experience, web coding and standards (HTML, XHTML, CSS, XML, XSLT).
