£35,000 - £40,000 + Pension + 25 Days Holiday + 8 Statutory Days + Pension
Project Manager role required for a very successful and well established global business.
The role will appeal to those looking for ownership of projects in a reputable and people focused company. You'll be able to have control over the projects within a supportive management team.
To apply for the role you need to have managed projects within maintenance, facilities, building services, construction etc.
You carry out a range of projects across 2 manufacturing sites close by. The projects can value £1 million and you'll oversee a maximum of 10 projects at any one time. The projects will include upgrade of new machinery, building maintenance, facilities and overall construction of the facility.

*Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, budget limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
*Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
*Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
* Develops and Maintains project risk assessments, method statements and movement plans
* 40 hours a week Monday to Friday
The person required:
* Project engineering/manufacturing experience
* Experience managing projects within maintenance, building services, engineering, facilities, construction etc
