      Senior Recruitment Account Manager
      Are you an experienced recruiter managing multiple accounts or one very large account? Are you great at developing relationships and looking for an account with continuous demand and working with great brands? Do you want to move into a high profile role working directly with the client and seeing first-hand the impact you have on a business?
      Due to our continued success in Microsoft Dynamics and our expansion plans, we have a created a brand new senior account manager for our award winning recruitment company. This role is a strategic hire and will work in partnership with Cognitive and the client management teams to design, plan and manage their talent acquisition strategy for our highest value accounts.

      What will you be doing?
      You will work closely with board members and senior management to advise on their talent acquisition strategy and have full responsibility for management of the candidate process including diary management, delivering to the account SLA's and meeting fill ratio targets.
      You will need to build relationships with all client hiring teams and really get to know them and their businesses to fully understand their staffing requirements. You will be qualifying roles which you can work on yourself or pass back to our delivery team of 10 consultants who will support you. You will use this insight to provide the delivery team with detailed briefings to ensure successful placements and keeping role fulfilment high.

      This is a unique opportunity where you will be managing accounts that we have spent 9 years nurturing and developing, therefore you will be super driven and a great recruiter and comfortable headhunting and building a permanent pipeline.

      This role has a combination of working on client sites and in our office in Euston.

      Package 27,500 - 33,000 + Commission + benefits. OTE 60,000
