      As a Recruitment Consultant your duties will include

      • Calling companies to liaise with HR Managers and senior management to take on jobs
      • Contacting candidates to match them to live vacancies
      • Searching for candidates using job boards and headhunting
      • Writing adverts to attract applicants
      • Handling advert responses and screening applicants

      About You

      If you are a Recruitment consultant who is looking to enhance career then kick start your career with Mortimer Bell.

      You will possess the following to be successful as a Senior Recruitment Consultant:

      *At least 24 months experience of working in a sales role.

      *You will need to be a hard- working and motivated, a competitive nature is always a good sign

      *You will be looking to develop a long-term recruitment career

      *You need to have an excellent telephone manner along with good written communication skills.

      *The ability to develop long-term working relationships all levels.

      *Working toward targets in a vibrant office atmosphere.
