      As Strategic Account Manager you’ll lead medical sales of Theatre & ICU medical devices into hospitals across the South West including Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Basingstoke to Southampton and Portsmouth, Bournemouth and Poole, to Exeter, Plymouth and Taunton.

      - As the commercial lead, own the complete sales process and inspire project teams to win business / close deals. Relationship management with non-clinical customers at management, director and CXO level. Lead / supported by a team of Clinical Sales Specialists who manage end user clinical relationships (ODPs & ICU Nurses), demonstrations and post sales product training / support.
      - Drive sales of award winning product range includes Patient Monitoring, Respiratory / Ventilators, Anaesthesia, ECG / Cardiology and Neonatal medical equipment into Critical Care, Operating Theatres, Cardiology and Perinatal departments to secure new and develop existing accounts. Create compelling value propositions that significantly improve workflow, clinical and financial performance.

      REQUIREMENTS
      - Proven, consistent medical sales success with high-value medical devices, capital equipment or services.
      - Solution oriented medical sales experience including strategic selling and negotiation in a complex sales environment with multiple and senior level healthcare stakeholders.
      - Great business acumen and the focus, determination and drive to achieve targets.
      - Previous experience as a strategic or Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager or Sales Manager (within healthcare) is very relevant.

      PACKAGE
      - Starting salary of £40-54,000 depending on experience with £25,000 OTE and company car.
