Based in Bristol we are looking for a Head of Internal Audit to lead an internal audit division managing the delivery of SOX- SAS 70 / SSAE16 accreditation through the companies international offices. You will identify risks and ensure the compliance procedures reflect the companies internal audit strategy and SAS 70 framework. Working alongside the senior management / director team you will implement a risk based annual audit plan and ensure the mitigation of strategies. You will deliver the group SOX annually and work with all the departments adhere to process, systems and procedures within the SAS70 certification.
