Our client is one of the UK's leading house builders and due to an increased demand in the residential sector they are looking to appoint a competent Residential Contracts Manager. They are a well-respected house builder with a reputation for quality and customer service; currently they are producing approximately 600 units per annum and will be looking to maintain this if not increase. They are looking for a driven, forward thinking Contracts Manager with house building experience, ideally you will have experience working with a volume builder but this is not essential.
