Main Duties and Responsibilities; -Lead and manage the Drink Bag Making operation and to be responsible for all Line 3 operations (any rework, shippers, Freshcase etc.). -Deliver budget performance levels. Systematically drive Quality improvements within the bag making area, including leading A3 project groups, liaison with OEM as well as on-site Engineering support to achieve targets. -Develop a team spirit that is consistent and supportive of the Company values. -Continuously challenge, innovate and improve the department performance through the implementation of a Lean culture and operational philosophy.
