An outstanding opportunity for Senior development manager with operational experience and strong man management skills to join a global, cutting edge software house. The Senior development manager will have a software development background but for the last 7+ years has been in a man management of software engineers / development managers role with exposure to operational activities including management of technical resources providing a support function. The successful Senior development manager will also have commercial experience of developing business critical automation systems and preferably (but not a pre-requisite) have a good understanding of IT security including Malware and Spam threat landscape.
