Working for a large financial services company, you will be dealing with day-to-day calls from customers with queries on their bank accounts (usually with bank charges) you will be expected to deal with the queries in a professional and timley manner whilst using influencing skills to cross sell and up-sell loans, overdrafts etc. This is an inbound role and 4... within the first two months due to business needs. We will be running an assessment day on Friday 1st June at 10am and 2pm. If successful you will then have an interview with the client. We are looking for 12 candidates altogether. The successful candidate will need to pass a credit check and able to supply two years of satisfactory references (including work/education).
