Investment Services business based in the City are looking to recruit an Operations Administrator. This role is very varied and will cover all aspects of client database and portfolio account administration. Main responsibility would include: - Set up all new accounts onto the system and maintain client databases - Carrying out portfolio adjustments and client money disbursements - Investigate and... Corporate Actions notifications, ensuring they have been distributed to the custodians within the relevant deadlines - Client Services, dealing with client queries and transitions - Portfolio valuations To be considered for this role you will have account opening/account set up experience from an Investment Management, Wealth Management, Private Banking or Global Custody background, have extensive ISA administration experience, you will have a good knowledge of ISA, SIPPs and other Investment products and you will have a good overview of Corporate Actions and Dividends.
