We are looking for a Housing Advice & Assessment Officer for our client, who are a well known organisation based in the Brighton area. We are looking someone to work on the Housing Advice phone line, which takes about 150 calls a day. It would be desirable for you to have had experience of delivering housing advice or having worked in a Local Authority housing department. The ideal candidate will have: - Working knowledge of housing & welfare issues. - Previous experience of working as a Housing Adviser or Housing Officer. - The ability to give accurate advice & information to a broad variety of clients. - Strong knowledge of housing legislation.
