We are looking for an experienced technician to join our technical design team You must be: Friendly & outgoing, able to work as part of a team Be fully computer literate Able to lilaise with people at all levels You must have excellent communication - written, verbal & presentation skills This role involves: CAD drawing/design Problem solving System solutions Putting together specifications Liaising & advising Architects, Contractors, Plasterers, etc Provide technical support to Sales and customers, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction A good sound knowledge of external wall insulation and timber framed / board systems would be advantageous.
