We are looking for an Interim Maintenance Property Officer, who in conjunction with the MST strategy, will manage the acquisition and disposal of properties to meet the requirements of contracts. You will also develop best practice guidance for staff to pre evaluate properties, thus reducing time and eradicating visits to remote locations. This role is Interim and offered on a... private rented sector in procuring, leasing or letting properties. It is essential that you have knowledge of relevant standards and specifications required for shared properties, and knowledge of the requirements of decent homes. Chartered membership of an appropriate organisation is desirable. A current drivers licence and access to your own transport is essential, and the ability and willingness to work on a rota basis including unsocial hours and public holidays.
