Job description Simpleware is currently looking for a dynamic applicant who will be involved in a variety of tasks in the sales & marketing department. You will be working directly with the Global Sales Director and Marketing Manager, and you will also be responsible for undertaking a range of PA tasks as required by the Managing Director. Primarily, this role will involve: * Sales administration - direct customer contact by email and phone, organising quotations, maintaining and updating customer databases, arranging software trials, tracking order processes, etc. * Marketing administration - direct mail campaign execution (list development, letter/email writing), preparing and presenting statistics, researching promotional activates, writing and distributing press releases, etc. * Event organisation - sourcing and booking of seminar facilities, travel arrangements, shipments of exhibition material, etc. * PA of the Managing Director - organising and maintaining diaries, contacting business contacts by email and phone, ...
