Our client, based in Kingswood in Surrey, is looking for an experienced Head Chef to join their busy team. The successful candidate must have previous experience of running wedding functions. Good Knowledge of GP is essential, as is experience of ordering for general day to day menus and functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock levels and the day to day running of the kitchen. They will also be expected to attend weekly management meetings to discuss and prepare for the weekly events. The role involves working 5 over 7 days, mainly straight shifts but may be required to work the occasional split shift. Call now to ask about this exciting opportunity!
