Applications are welcomed from those who already have HPC registration as Therapy Radiographers and also those who will... older Varian Linacs. All machines have MLC's and Portal imaging. We have been delivering IMRT treatments for about 5 years, treating mainly prostate and breast patients as part of national research trials and have recently been developing head and neck IMRT. We have a dedicated Philips CT Scanner, Pinnacle virtual simulation and planning systems. HDR Brachytherapy operates twice weekly. With the installation of a CR system in early 2009, all imaging in the department is now digital.
