Role Overview Our Access & Outlook Advisors will support our customers in obtaining both work placements and sustainable employment through managing a wide range of innovative job matching and job brokerage services. Working on our new Work Programme contract, you will generate employment opportunities for our customers, whilst actively promoting the services of A4e to a wide range of stakeholders... high personal standards and goals. A passion to motivate and lead by example. Ability to sell the benefits and overcome barriers to employment with both the customer and the employer. Experience gained from a sales, business development or recruitment background is essential for success in this role. - Commercial & Financial Acumen: Able to demonstrate the drive and tenacity to succeed and the ability to achieve and exceed demanding targets.
