We are looking for an experienced Office Manager and PA to plan, organise and execute all secretarial and office management duties. You will need to have... MD's behalf -Prepare papers in advance for meetings -Manage the MD's receipts and expense claims -Personal errands You will be well educated and extremely efficient with an excellent telephone manner. You will be IT literate with a knowledge of MAC. It will also be highly desirable if you speak French, German, Dutch or Swedish.
