      Cleaning Manager - 22,000 - Andover

      The Role:

      We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Manager to control and co-ordinate cleaning operations across a large site in the Andover area. The company is a large and successful contract cleaning business so the opportunities for progression are high. The successful candidate will have experience in cleaning, will manage the staff, finances and Health and Safety for all units and will have a proven track record in site cleaning operations. They are looking for someone with experience, great organisational skills and an ability to manage a large site. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.

      Your main responsibilities as Cleaning Manager will include:

      - Ensure all areas of the site are cleaned to a high standard
      - Step in where needed
      - Some administrational tasks such as payroll and training
      - Understand and deliver client brand standards
      - Analyse and manage effectively all unit costs
      - Manage, develop and motivate the team
      - Communicating and building relationships with customers
      - Contribute to the delivery of the regional financial business plan
      - Ensure compliance to Health and Safety regulations

      What you need to be successful in getting the Cleaning Manager Job:

      - Proven track record in site cleaning operations
      - Proven ability to motivate and manage people
      - Demonstrated self-starting and self-motivating qualities
      - Experience of leading and managing teams to deliver results
      - Previous budget management and/or profit & loss responsibility
      - I.T. & computer literate
      - Understanding of HSE
