      Insurance Administrator - Full Time - 1 Year Fixed Term Contract - Basingstoke - 18k - 20k + excellent benefits & bonus

      If so, Unum are recruiting for a number of Insurance Administrators to join their team in Basingstoke on a 1 year Fixed Term Contract. Supporting the Brokerage Services Team, you will actively contribute toward the continuous improvement process and deliver first rate services to our Broker Network. We are looking for candidates with excellent administration and customer service skills with the confidence to communicate with senior business contacts and high net worth individuals accurately and in a professional manner.

      The Role

      This role is heavily administration and customer service focused. You will be speaking to our network of insurance brokers and helping them with all aspects of policy administration. You will also be communicating with internal contacts, corporate policy holders and sometimes individual high net worth policy holders to provide them support with various aspects of their policy.

      Key skills, responsibilities and attitudes

      * Driven to succeed and self-motivated
      * Ability to work well in a team, as well as use own initiative
      * Operate with the highest integrity
      * Basic understanding of SLA's and business targets
      * Basic understanding of Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel and Outlook
      * Good communication skills, written and verbal
