Description We provide our customers with technical product support 24/7/365. Reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing technical product support to users of our products and services. We're building tools that help scientists extract, explore, and reason over complex biological data and we need someone who is both passionate about AI and motivated to deliver real value in life sciences.
