About the Team The Protein Data Bank in Europe (PDBe) is a founding member of the Worldwide Protein Data Bank, the international consortium responsible for maintaining the global archive of experimentally determined macromolecular structures, the Protein Data Bank (PDB). The current landscape relies heavily on Excel-based processes, manual journal handling, and data movement between ERP, banking platforms, and reporting outputs. There is limited use of structured automation. This engagement requires a hands-on specialist who can operate at the level of process, data, and tooling. You will analyse how data moves across the finance function, identify failure points and inefficiencies, and implement practical automation using the Microsoft stack.

6 Month Contract initially - Inside IR35 Based London Euston - Hybrid Working Arrangements in place. The candidate would be responsible for supporting the 'Structures and Earthworks' Delivery Units with their GIS requests, alongside developing cutting edge GIS solutions for the wider project. This role would be ideal for a professional with GIS skills in the ESRI suite of software, who also has a working knowledge of using ETL tools such as Safe FME for managing efficient workflows and is looking to produce creative GIS solutions. -Produce creative and innovative GIS solutions using the latest set of tools available within the ESRI suite, and self-developed custom solutions to specific requests -Integration of 3D BIM models into GIS - data processing and visualisation -Develop and maintain bespoke GIS interfaces and data to provide user access to complex datasets
