Description Hey Im Pete, Chief Revenue Officer at Pinpoint. Were a high-growth HR tech startup building and selling software that helps in-house recruitment teams attract, hire, and onboard the right talent. Today, we have a strong foundation in place, with a mature product, rapid growth, strong productmarket fit, and happy customers. To date, Ive been the one leading technical discovery, building Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and unblocking complex deals. Its worked, but it doesnt scale. As we handle a higher volume of larger, more complex deals, we need dedicated technical horsepower embedded in Sales. Thats where you come in. Were hiring our first Solutions Engineer to partner closely with AEs leading technical discovery, designing tailored solutions, and building proofs of concept that prove we can deliver.

At Genestack we are tackling the underlying computational and scientific challenges of bioinformatics in order to provide researchers with software tools that will streamline the discovery process and drive forward precision medicine, drug development, and bioinformatics research. We are seeking a senior or lead-level Software Engineer with a strong focus on LLMs and agentic workflows to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in integrating LLM-powered features into our bioinformatics applications, working across both prototype exploration and scalable production deployments. We're building tools that help scientists extract, explore, and reason over complex biological data and we need someone who is both passionate about AI and motivated to deliver real value in life sciences.

Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and all-things-digital solutions, is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. 9:00 - 18:00 in UK time zone 9:00 - 18:00 in US EAST time zone What You Will Do * Help customers by answering their toughest technical questions * Provide technical support to customers using email, chat, and Zoom * Handle multiple concurrent issues with varying severity, making sure that they are responded to within the established SLAs * Focus on accelerating investigations and minimizing support ticket resolution times via live Zoom calls * Troubleshoot logs to identify errors/exceptions and their root cause * Act as Incident Commander during service incidents and maintain updates on the Status page
