Job Purpose The Technical Solutions Manager is a hybrid role combining the strategic expertise of a Technical Account Manager with the technical depth of a Sales Engineer. This position serves as the critical bridge between our commercial teams and technical product capabilities, ensuring successful customer outcomes throughout the sales cycle and beyond. This role is responsible for supporting the Account Management team in identifying and executing upsell opportunities by demonstrating advanced product features and value propositions to existing customers. Additionally, the Technical Solutions Manager partners with the Sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales process, ensuring prospects understand our product capabilities and integration requirements.

Were a high-growth HR tech startup building and selling software that helps in-house recruitment teams attract, hire, and onboard the right talent. Today, we have a strong foundation in place, with a mature product, rapid growth, strong productmarket fit, and happy customers. To date, Ive been the one leading technical discovery, building Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and unblocking complex deals. Its worked, but it doesnt scale. As we handle a higher volume of larger, more complex deals, we need dedicated technical horsepower embedded in Sales. Thats where you come in. Were hiring our first Solutions Engineer to partner closely with AEs leading technical discovery, designing tailored solutions, and building proofs of concept that prove we can deliver.

In this role, you will be instrumental in integrating LLM-powered features into our bioinformatics applications, working across both prototype exploration and scalable production deployments. We're building tools that help scientists extract, explore, and reason over complex biological data and we need someone who is both passionate about AI and motivated to deliver real value in life sciences.
