Seeking an experienced IT Test Lead to ensure successful implementation of a new HRIS across global offices. The role focuses on test strategy, execution, and quality assurance, collaborating with HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to validate functionality, data accuracy, and user experience. o Develop and own test strategy and plans for all phases (unit, system, integration, UAT). o Define test cases and acceptance criteria aligned with project milestones. o Lead and coordinate testing across HR, IT, and vendors. o Manage test environments, data preparation, defect tracking. o Facilitate UAT and provide progress reporting. o Validate system functionality, integrations, and compliance. o Monitor and report risks and issues. o Collaborate with HR process owners and vendors. o Provide training and support during UAT.
