3-Month Contract | East Kilbride | Inside IR35 | On-Site Were looking for an on-site IT Support Engineer to support around 60/70 users across a broad mix of hardware, software, applications, and basic networking. Youll be the sole IT presence on-site, backed by a remote Infrastructure team for escalations. Key Responsibilities * Provide hands-on 1st/2nd line IT support for laptops, desktops, Windows 10/11, O365, Teams and business applications * Work on incidents and service requests via the ticketing system * Support onboarding/offboarding, account setup and device deployment * Troubleshoot and maintain label printers, scanners, network points, WiFi, routers * Install, configure and decommission end-user devices * Basic network support including patching and connectivity troubleshooting * Hardware repair support and data migration, plus vendor coordination
